Closed Captioning

If your organization has closed captioning available, this will automatically begin applying to any replay that's added! By default, the closed captions should be turned off. We have quick access to flip closed captioning on.

To enable Closed Captioning for live events, please contact support@union.fit.

Customers can adjust the settings for how the captions appear on the screen. Below, you'll see the default settings. If edits are made, they can click Done, to see the applied changes.

The next time the customer would like to use closed captioning, the previously edited settings will remain the same.

Closed Captioning Settings

Livestreams are automatically captioned at approximately 70-95% accuracy. You can increase this by adding some additional phrases, and we've included some automatically!
