Self-Service Check-In & Waiver Rules Use Cases

Your Self-Service Check-In rules and your Waiver rules work in tandem with one another. Let's take a look at some common use cases to make sure your business is setup!

Summary of Self-Service Check-In & Waiver Settings

Self-Service Check-In

Here are the different rules you can set for your org:

  • Amount of hours someone will automatically be checked in before the performance
  • Whether a customer can check-in prior to the performance starting or ending
  • Customers can search for themselves and check-in if they have a valid pass

Waiver Settings

Here are the options you can enable for how/when a customer can accept the waiver:

  • Send Waiver Requests: Send an email to the customer if they have not accepted the waiver. They will not automatically be checked in.
  • Require students to accept the waiver prior to check-in: Customers must accept the waiver in the kiosk, the register & check-in QR code, or the waiver only QR code.
