Optimize your Appointment Calendar


Managing appointments can be hectic, but it doesn't have to be! Our appointment calendar view offers a straightforward solution for blocking off dates, booking customers, and creating custom availability. Follow this guide to streamline your availability management effortlessly.


Blocking Off Availability: If you need to block off a date from your regular recurring appointment availability, follow these simple steps:

Go to the appointment calendar view, click on the desired appointment slot, then select "Block."

Once you've blocked off the date, it will be removed from your admin calendar, and students will no longer be able to book appointments during that time.

Quickly Book: When a customer wants to book an appointment quickly, here's how you can assist them

Use the appointment calendar to check your availability for the desired date and time. Once you find a suitable slot for you and the student, simply click "Book."


This will take you to the 'Register' page to complete the order.

Customize a time: To adjust your availability for a customer request just simply follow the steps below.

  1. Locate the availability on the calendar. then Click "Edit" to modify as needed.

Once done, simply add the attendee to book the spot.
