Booking an Appointment (Customer Experience)

Booking an appointment is made easy for your clients! Whether the Union app (iPhone or iPad), a mobile browser, or any device they choose! Visit our quick video that shows how customer's can do this from their mobile device!



Any Browser, Any Device

For any client on any device that can access a web browser (i.e. Chrome or Safari)!

  1. For those on a mobile device, tap your home screen short cut or visit your browser (you may be prompt to sign-in)
  2. Click Appointments from your student navigation menu (mobile browser users - three horizontal lines in the upper right corner)
  3. Click on the appointment type
  4. Click on the date to see the availability *you may need to click on the calendar number
  5. If you're ready to book, click on the time slot and complete your registration

Union App

For clients on an iOS app, they can quickly book an appointment with you!

  1. Open the Union App (you may be prompt to sign-in)
  2. Tap on Live
  3. Tap Book an Appointment
  4. Tap on the appointment type
  5. Tap on the date to see the availability *you may need to click on the calendar number
  6. If you're ready to book, tap on the time slot and complete your registration

If your client is associated with multiple Union organizations, they may need to refine their view by tapping on All Organizations to select your org!
