1099 Tax Forms

You will be receiving a 1099 tax form Union (Superset Labs) in the beginning of the year. 

  • A 1099-NEC form will come via email or snail mail. If sent via email, Stripe will reach out to each org for digital delivery consent. Orgs that do not consent or that do not respond will be mailed a physical 1099-NEC. 
  • The 1099-NEC will be issued from "Superset Labs, Inc."
  • The 1099-NEC form will report on Stripe payouts only and the payouts will include the total amount paid to your bank account.
