So, You Got a Gift Card!

If you received a gift card on Union (or have stored credit with a studio), the value is automatically applied to your Union account and is ready to use! This means, you can choose what to apply it to during your next purchase.

If you have an active subscription, your account balance will automatically be applied to your next billing cycle.

When you click on a class or event you'd like to register for, you'll see a banner letting you know you have an account balance available. Click Next.

Then, click Checkout.

If you want to apply your account balance to this purchase, click Apply (you can also change the amount you'd like to apply).

When you Apply the balance, you will see this reflected in your Order Summary.

You MUST click Apply in order to have this deducted on your order. If you do NOT Apply, the full amount will be applied to your card on file (or new card).

If you need to access the amount remaining, you can visit My Account > Account Balances.
