We understand that sometimes connecting with a live person can be the most effective way to resolve your query. That's why we offer weekly group office hours. You can book a group session by clicking the support dropdown menu.
Rest assured, when you reach out to us, you'll be greeted by a dedicated member of our team. We strive to respond to your inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours. Our business hours are as follows:
- Monday/Tuesday/Thursday: 8 AM - 10 PM EST
- Wednesday/Friday: 8 AM - 7 PM EST
- Saturday: 10 AM - 2 PM EST
- Sunday: 10 AM - 3 PM EST
